Principle, co-founded by Artur Kiulian and Yurii Filipchuk, builds AI-powered strategic foresight software for enterprise strategy and corporate development teams, a product with a six-figure ACV north of $200K. Heading into a growth raise, the founders needed to prove, fast, that demand for a brand-new category existed at the very top of the market.
The Challenge
Selling a $200K-plus product to the C-suite of a global enterprise, as a startup nobody has heard of yet, is one of the hardest motions in go-to-market. Principle already had defined ICPs and working automations. What they lacked was a repeatable way to turn that into senior conversations at scale: getting a Chief Strategy Officer to reply to a founder they've never met, earning enough trust in a cold channel to convert that reply into a booked meeting, and doing it all without the two founders grinding out every message by hand, forever.
The Solution
JJELLYFISH embedded alongside the founders and built on what already worked. We sharpened their ICPs into three precise cohorts, each assigned to the founder whose background made the outreach credible: strategy leaders to Artur, corporate development and M&A to Yurii.
Then we did the two things that move a cold six-figure sale. We reworked the positioning and offer into peer-to-peer messaging built to open a real conversation, not ask for a meeting on message one, and we nurtured relentlessly, with sharp questions and patient follow-up that carried each thread until the buyer was ready.
The Results
The market answered fast. In roughly four months, founder-led outreach reached over 2,000 decision-makers and produced 100 favorable responses, from a global entertainment giant to publicly traded software, cybersecurity and payments leaders, across 200-person startups to 5,000-plus-employee enterprises, and evenly across every company-size band.
Principle paused outreach not because it stopped working, but to build the infrastructure to keep up with the demand it had created.
Artur Kiulian, CEO & Co-FounderI felt genuine go-to-market euphoria seeing these results. Exactly what I needed. It has helped us tremendously with our investors.
