    The Founders of SimpliContract were specifically seeking to engage Chief, VP, and Director/Head-level Legal executives within North America to test: (a) components of their value proposition, (b) an outbound prospecting strategy, and (c) the availability of mature solutions in the market. These findings would inform their GTM approach within large corporates in North America.

    Throughout the Customer Discovery process, the team assessed the severity of the pain felt by SimpliContract's ideal customers. As a result, their value proposition was meaningfully refined and a higher-fit ICP entry point was identified.

    The JJ team achieved 150% of the discovery meeting target - yielding a 38% Sales Qualified Lead rate and a 30% Reply Rate via cold outbound. Based on these conversion metrics, it was determined that an outbound strategy was a viable approach for SimpliContract.
