  • Scribble Data wanted to understand how ML/DS Leaders navigate the challenges surrounding data preparation/data enrichment. They worked closely with the JJELLYFISH team to answer three critical questions: Will top-of-the-funnel outbound work to attract potential customers? Do the problems addressed resonate with their ideal customer profile? Will people understand the product's value proposition clearly?

  • JJELLYFISH partnered as an extension of the Scribble Data team based in the United States for 90 days. In that short period of time, JJELLYFISH and Scribble Data successfully: (i) validated a viable outbound strategy that proved successful, (ii) confirmed the Ideal Customer Profile within the US market, as well as ICP extensions for future Market Development, and (iii) tested Scribble Data's value proposition in order to understand which problem areas to focus on within the market

    Scribble Data and JJELLYFISH interviewed 20 prospective customers (200% to goal), allowing them to better understand the current market's challenges.

    While most companies appear to trust their centralized database solution - as well as their ability to make data consumable to outside teams - most organizations still struggled to understand the context of their data, evidently a huge problem in the space today. Scribble Data learned that there was a significant gap in the solutions currently in the market, and through this experience, Scribble Data identified that the market continues to be underserved by existing players within the space not fully solving the problem.

    Additionally, a core component of this particular engagement was receiving feedback for the product itself. JJELLYFISH was able to advance over 75% of desired conversations for further feedback and to advise future product development. These two components of the engagement allowed JJELLYFISH to develop a GTM strategy Scribble Data can now emulate moving forward.
