While there are occasional use cases within Business and Finance Operations, there was little consistency in both the job roles and unmet needs around manual document review. However, within Legal Operations, there was clear problem/solution fit given the daily responsibilities of this function and the consistency of use cases for Eigen. Across the board, Legal Operations leaders showed interest in evaluating the platform further to solve existing pains.
